Who is responsible

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, and your parish, and, if you add them, a phone number, a short message, and a few optional details about your home and roof, such as the age of your roof, your timeline, whether you own the home, and whether you carry wind insurance. If you check the consent box, we also record that you agreed to be contacted. We do not ask for, and you should not send, any official grant application materials. This is not the application portal.

Separately, when you browse the site we collect basic analytics and your consent choice, as described under Analytics and consent below.

Why we collect it, and who sees it

The purpose of the form is to connect homeowners with FORTIFIED-certified roofing contractors. If you submit the form, we share the information you provided with one or more FORTIFIED-certified roofing contractors so they can contact you about a FORTIFIED roof. Submitting the form is a request to be contacted. If you provide a phone number and check the consent box, that contact may include calls and text messages, including by automated means, as described on the form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can opt out at any time.

Service providers we use

• Resend, to deliver the email notification that carries your form submission to the site owner.
• ActiveProspect (TrustedForm), which certifies your consent by recording your interaction with the form, so the contractor we connect you with has proof the request came from you.
• Google Analytics, to measure how the site is used. Analytics runs under Google Consent Mode. In the EEA and the United Kingdom, analytics storage stays off until you accept it on the consent banner.
• Vercel, which hosts the site and processes standard request data needed to serve it.

We do not sell data

We do not sell your personal information. We share form submissions only with roofing contractors for the purpose described above, and with the service providers listed here that help operate the site.

How long we keep it

At this time we do not run a database. A form submission is delivered as an email to the site owner and to the contractor or contractors we connect you with. It stays in those email accounts as ordinary correspondence. You can ask us to delete the message tied to your submission using the contact above.

Analytics and consent

We use Google Analytics under Consent Mode. Visitors in the EEA and the United Kingdom see a consent banner, and analytics and advertising storage stay denied by default until you accept. Elsewhere, analytics storage is granted by default and you can still decline where the banner is shown. Your choice is stored in your browser so we can honor it on later visits.

Your choices

You can decline analytics on the consent banner where it is shown, and change your mind later. If you gave consent to be contacted, you can opt out at any time by telling the contractor or by emailing us.
